   Please follow these steps to get the WinDVD version number:
   1. Launch WinDVD.
   2. Right-click on the WinDVD control panel.
   3. Select "About" from pop-up menu.

   We need to know how to get the same WinDVD version.
   If your WinDVD was pre-installed in your personal computer or laptop, please provide your machine's brand name.
   If you purchased your copy from a retail market, please let us know if it is the WinDVD Box version or the Electronic Software Download (ESD) version.
